What you'll do

You are both the strategic brain and the warm face for our clients. You translate their challenges into concrete plans, coordinate the right experts within our team, and roll up your sleeves as well.

• You're a trusted advisor for clients: you create smart plans, lead brainstorms, and inspire the team with clear direction.
• You spot new opportunities in services, products, or propositions based on market research and bring this vision to life.
• You facilitate strategic workshops around personas, customer journeys, system mapping, assumption mapping, and more.
• You lead research into target audiences, trends, and competitors - both with AI personas and real respondents - and translate that into concrete output.
• You build and guide go-to-market strategies: from validation to messaging, channels, and marketing assets.
• You translate complex ideas into clear explanations (and visualizations).
• You contribute to the identity and positioning of brands, services, and products.

What we value

• You have a critical eye for both strategy and design. What needs to be good should also look good.
• You experiment with the latest AI tools, but use them smartly and purposefully. For this, you'll of course get time and space.
• You use common sense: you think logically, make original connections, and aren't afraid to make decisions.
• You have a view on the strategic use of AI agents, or you want to learn quickly.
• Tools like Notion, Figma, Figjam, Clay, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Webflow are your playground – or you quickly master them.

• You have a high BBQ mentality: indispensable at team buildings, because without you, it's just not the same.
• You work in a structured way, set clear deadlines for yourself and the team, and maintain overview.
• You're both a good friend at the table and a driven leader/visionary in the meeting room.
• You can handle a lot of responsibility and ownership and make decisions independently.
• You feel at home in B2B tech, services, and are open to new sectors.
• You have a background in product development, service and strategic design, and/or innovation and entrepreneurship.
