Launching a new brand within a multinational structure
Two years ago, Jefferson Wells was founded as part of the ManpowerGroup to establish itself as the group's Engineering & Life Sciences expertise hub. Thanks to our extensive work for Experis, we got the chance to create a holistic marketing approach for Jefferson Wells to help them achieve their ambitions in Belgium.
Many challenges exist when starting and positioning a new brand within a global company. But the bigger the challenge, the better we like it.
To build a brand from scratch, we had to overcome the following challenges in collaboration with Jefferson Wells:
We had to bring structure to build an oiled marketing engine to overcome the challenges described above.
Our growth hacking team took a strategic approach to achieve the predetermined goals. We began by immersing ourselves in the worlds of Engineering and Life Sciences, learning as much as possible about the two industries.
Next, we held workshops with the business representatives at Jefferson Wells to ensure that our strategy suited them and aligned with the company's global strategy. In that matter, we were able to well-coordinate the start of this successful adventure.
Thanks to the workshops with the business team, we determined which barriers we would have to overcome to reach Jefferson Wells' ambitions. After the research part, it was time to pour our knowledge into a go-to-market strategy. To validate the effectiveness of this strategy, we A/B tested different approaches.
Because of the research, validation & collaboration with the Jefferson Wells business development team, we determined the right approach and started creating content & advertisements.
